  2. Select Image content from the dropdown.

A form will open where you can set up your ad across three formats: social, native, and display. You must complete all three to launch the ad.

Image format requirements

  • Formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF (GIF for display ads only)

  • Maximum file size: 8 MB

Fill in the basics

  1. Content name — Give it a name you'll recognize later (e.g., "Q2 Brand Awareness Campaign"). This name appears in your content list.

  1. Landing page URL — Where should the ad send clicks? Influ2 auto-adds these parameters:
    - utm_source=Influ2
    - utm_campaign=[content_id]
    - utm_term=[internal_tracking]

You can add custom utm_medium and utm_content parameters if needed.

For single-image ads, you'll need to add the following:

  • Facebook page URL — which Facebook page should run this ad?

  • LinkedIn page URL — which LinkedIn page should run this ad?

You only need to add your Facebook or LinkedIn page URLs once. After the first time, they will automatically appear in these fields. If you have multiple pages, they will be available in a dropdown menu.

  • Primary text — displayed above the image

  • Title — appears below the image, gets the most attention

  • Description — secondary text below the title

  • Images — upload both 1080x1080 and 1200x628 dimensions (both required)

For carousel ads, automatically creates a separate carousel cards for each uploaded image. You'll need to add the following:

  • Facebook page URL

  • LinkedIn page URL

  • Images — upload 2 to 10 images, each 1080x1080

  • Title — one title per card, displayed under the image

Content moderation statuses

Your content goes through these stages:

  • Awaiting Moderation — submitted and waiting to be reviewed

  • On Moderation — currently being reviewed

  • Approved — ready to use in campaigns

  • Declined — didn't meet platform requirements; you can edit and resubmit

Moderation typically takes 1–2 days.

Uploading content doesn't launch ads automatically. Once approved, you can assign content within your programs.
