What is an Audienscope credit?

An Audienscope credit represents one person you're monitoring for signals in one month, regardless of how many signals you collect or which channels they come from. Credits aren't consumed the moment you add someone — there's a 24-hour grace period before a credit is charged.

How the 24-hour grace period works

A credit is consumed 24 hours after you add a target to a program with listening enabled — and only if the target is still in the program with listening active at that point. This gives you time to build and adjust your audience without worrying about credits for changes you reverse quickly.

Here's how different scenarios play out:

  • Remove a target within 24 hours → no credit consumed.

  • Turn off listening within 24 hours → no credit consumed.

  • The 24-hour mark falls into your next subscription month → the credit is charged to the new month, not the current one.

Example: If you add a target and remove them within 24 hours, no credit is used. If you add that same target again the next week and keep them for the full month, one credit is consumed when the 24-hour mark passes. To monitor one person for an entire year, you'll need 12 credits (one per month).

Audienscope credits let you define the specific audience to monitor. Your signal-collection audience doesn't need to overlap with the audience you're targeting with Influ2 ads—use credits strategically across whichever audiences matter most to you.
