The minimum number of creatives to add are the following sizes: 

Once uploaded you can start a campaign. We recommend having 2-3 creative sets per campaign and refreshing them every 3-4 weeks to keep the campaign results as high as possible.

Uploading multiple creatives of the same size will create creative sets. This allows you to A/B test creatives. View results of creatives in a Creative Report.
