HubSpot Activity Notifications

Last updated: April 19, 2026

When you connect Influ2 to HubSpot, buyer signals automatically create activities in HubSpot so Sales can see and act on them.

This guide shows what each signal looks like when it lands in HubSpot.

Engagement intent (click)

Activity title: [Influ2] Clicked on ad

What it shows:

  • Which ad they clicked and which cohort it was part of

  • The topic they showed interest in

  • The URL they clicked to

  • The date of the signal

Use this to reference the specific ad or topic in your follow-up message.

Engagement intent (visit)

Activity title: [Influ2] Visited landing page after ad click

What it shows:

  • That they clicked an ad and visited your website

  • The topic that drew them

  • The landing page URL

  • The cohort and content name

  • The date of the signal

This is stronger than a click alone—they actually went deeper into your content.

Search intent

Activity title: [Influ2] Searched for intent keyword

What it shows:

  • The specific keyword or topic they searched for

  • What topic it falls under

  • Insight about their intent

  • The date of the signal

Use the keyword directly in your outreach—mirror their language to show relevance.

Content intent

Activity title: [Influ2] Content intent

What it shows:

  • Which website they were on and how many times they visited

  • What topic they were reading about

  • Your insight into why this matters to them

  • The date of the signal

This tells you they're actively researching a topic related to your product. Reach out immediately.

Social media (LinkedIn)

Activity title: [Influ2] Shared a post on LinkedIn

What it shows:

  • What they shared and why

  • The URL to their post

  • The insight or topic it reveals

  • The date of the signal

Engagement with their post (comment, like, share) builds credibility before you reach out.

Job changes

Job changes signal new priorities, new budgets, and openness to new vendors. They're one of the highest-intent signals.

New Hire

Activity title: [Influ2] Changed company

What it shows:

  • Their previous company and title

  • Their new company and new title

  • The date of the signal

Did you know? Buyers are 62% more likely to respond after a job change. Congratulate them on the new role and tie your solution to their likely priorities.

Promotion

Activity title: [Influ2] Promoted to new position

What it shows:

  • Their previous title

  • Their new title

  • The company

  • The date of the signal (if recent)

They now have expanded responsibilities. Show how your solution supports their new role.

Title Change

Activity title: [Influ2] Changed title

What it shows:

  • Their previous title

  • Their new title

  • The company

  • The date of the signal

Even lateral moves might mean new priorities. Research their new function to personalize your pitch.

Prioritized for Sales

Activity title: [Influ2] Prioritized for Sales

What it shows:

  • Why they were prioritized (warmed up with ads, hit an impressions threshold, or a days-based trigger)

  • Topics they've been exposed to

  • The date of the signal

Your marketing team flagged them as someone you should reach out to. Influ2 has been warming them up—leverage that head start.

Important notes

  • Content Intent, Search Intent, Social Intent, and Job Change signals require Audienscope to be included in your Influ2 contract.

  • Outreach tracking — If you've set up automatic outreach tracking, your activities log to Influ2 automatically. Check with your marketing team to confirm this is enabled.
