Influ2 Journeys: Examples to Build From

Last updated: October 12, 2026

Journeys are how you deliver 1:1 buying experiences at scale. This article links out to detailed examples to help you get started across three core playbooks:

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach, so think of the examples as starting points—not rigid templates.

Before you build a journey, get familiar with a few core concepts:

  1. Stages and steps work together as two layers of control to define how buyers progress through a journey and when actions are triggered.

  2. Everyone in your cohort lands on the first stage automatically, unless they meet the criteria for a later stage in the journey. The first stage has no entry conditions and can't be moved or deleted.

    1. What it can do is loop people back. For example, anyone who reaches the end of your stage without engaging starts the rotation again.

  1. Actions sit on a stage or a step and fire the moment a target enters it.

  2. You can’t delete stages or steps once a journey is live, so always double check your journey before activating it.
