Step-by-step instruction
1. Follow the steps outlined in this video to create a custom field within your Salesforce contacts, leads, and accounts.
2. Go to your Salesforce settings page within Influ2 and navigate to 'Metrics.'
3. Click a dropdown under 'Record Field' and select the custom field with which you'd like to tie each Influ2 interaction. For example, Impressions ➟ PBA Impressions Metric.
4. Once you've created and selected each custom field, log back into Salesforce. Visit your 'Reports' page.
5. Click 'New Report' to create a new report. Select 'Contacts & Accounts'.
6. When building your new report, include the new custom fields you've just made.
7. After including the new custom fields, add any necessary filters for this report. For example, we added the filter 'PBA impressions = Greater than 0' to ensure this report would only show records that have seen an Influ2 ad at least once.
8. Click 'Save & Run' to save your report. You can now make duplicates and add extra filters as necessary to share with specific team members when relevant.
These reports are dynamic through the Influ2 integration, updating targets as they engage with your ads, so you'll always have up-to-date information.
