View notifications and metrics in Salesforce

Notifications

The Lead/Contact owner of Influ2 targets will receive notifications when an engagement threshold is met.

When an event is captured in Salesforce it can be found by the Lead/Contact owner in their notification bell and on the activity timeline of the Lead/Contact. They can also view events on the Notifications page of Salesforce.

That if you set up notifications on the Account level - The account owner will receive them.

Metrics

After creating custom fields in Salesforce, sync and view the exact number of impressions, clicks, visits, and scores of leads/contacts on their details page in Salesforce.
